Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. It is the responsibility of the member to inform ANYbody Fitness LLC in writing at anybodyfitness20@gmail.com to cancel your membership account.

 

Notice to terminate a recurring charge to your account must be given to ANYbody Fitness LLC 5 days prior to your recurring anniversary date. For example, if you purchased your membership on the 10th of the month, your membership will automatically charge on the 10th of each month thereafter, and you will need to notify ANYbody Fitness by the 5th of the month in which you wish to cancel the membership.  The member is responsible for communication with ANYbody Fitness LLC to make changes to your account.

 

An email notification will be sent concerning payment if your form of payment is declined. If payment is declined, you are responsible for bringing your membership account current.

 

The recurring payment will remain in effect until you notify ANYbody Fitness LLC that you wish to terminate the above-said payment. No reimbursement of funds withdrawn by ANYbody Fitness LLC will be given if you notify ANYbody Fitness LLC of termination of membership after the effective date and ANYbody Fitness LLC will have no responsibility to reimburse you for failure to make the cancellation request in a timely manner.

 

If your form of payment is declined for any reason, including non-sufficient funds, you can be charged a non-refundable $10.00 NSF fee as a result of the declined payment. If your membership becomes delinquent for any reason, ANYbody Fitness LLC will make an attempt to contact that member and, if terms of membership are not met, the member’s account will be frozen and all membership privileges and service access will be removed.
