As a long-time fitness enthusiast, my passion is to guide as many women as I can toward a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Using an online format to increase accessibility and reach as many women as possible, my method is to provide workout options that feel "personal" to your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals for one low monthly price.

Typically, strength training occurs in a gym, which can be a very motivating environment. If you choose to join my women only private Facebook group, you can learn from and support fellow members of the BODSQUAD. Others will learn from your questions, and you can learn from theirs. We will celebrate each other's successes along the way, and make personal connections in a positive, uplifting environment. You are NOT alone on this journey to be a healthier you! Of course, I am also available to answer questions privately through Facebook messenger or email.

Wanna join this "strong & healthy women movement"? It's easy! Once you've signed up, all you really need to get started is Internet access, a device for viewing online videos, and a set of dumbbells. To get the most out of each workout, a set of resistance bands made with a blend of polyester and latex (AKA "Booty Bands" or thigh bands), tube resistance bands with handles, an aerobic step, and at least three sets of dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy weights at your current level of fitness) is ideal! If you are new to lifting weights, start simple and you can add to your collection as you get STRONGER!
